Refund Policy

What happened and what can I do for you? 

Eligibility for Refunds:

The refunds will only be provided as monetary refunds within a maximum of 30 days after the purchase date. You don't need to send back to me, keep it or give it to a friend. To be eligible for a refund you must comply with the first requirement and one of the bellow:  

  • The product is new and it was never been used. 
  • You hate the product.
  • The product has printing errors (e.g., misaligned, faded).
  • The fabric is stained or discolored.
  • There are holes, tears, or other material defects.

Did you order the wrong size?

Didn't check the size chart, did you? It's ok, in this case it's applicable a refund of 50% of the total order (product + shipping + taxes). So you can order the right size with 50% unique code discount.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Request a Refund:

To apply for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: email us at officialturbolag@proton.me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE of receiving your order. Ideally on the first day or week. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. 
  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the item showing the problem. This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.
  3. Wait for Approval: Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will approve your refund.

Important Notes:

  • No Ship Backs: We do not require you to ship the item back to us. Simply provide the photos as proof of the issue.
  • No Cancellations: Since all our products are made on demand, we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Processing Refunds

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed as a monetary reimbursement and issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Please allow 7-21 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
